One of the first things I was shown when I first started working as a cook was professional knife skills with your eyes closed. Sort of a parlor trick. But it's actually really easy if you have proper technique, and you don't need to see what you can feel. But I guess if I didn't know that it would seem pretty amazing. The speed and precision some of these guys have I find pretty impressive.

All chefs were good, but the blind one is the true hero of this video. Consider that he learned to do all that perfectly without eyesight while others had a leg up so to speak. In fact, it actually makes them wayyy less impressive in comparison.

U cant do that cause most illnesses that cause blindness affect the retina not the eye itself.So he will need the glasses which has a camera and everything is sent to your eye

Props to the 4 lefties. We lefties gotta stick together in this right handed world. With that said, fav part of this vid was the fact that they all using the cleaver. I own one knife for my kitchen duties and that's a cleaver. I keep trying to tell people it's literally all you need. One cleaver, does everything needed.
