2 жыл бұрынThe Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet is a school of classical ballet in St Petersburg, Russia. Established in 1738 during the reign of Empress Anna, the academy was known as the Imperial Ballet School until the Soviet era, when, after a brief hiatus, the school was re-established as the Leningrad State Choreographic Institute. In 1957, the school was renamed in honor of the pedagogue Agrippina Vaganova, who cultivated the method of classical ballet training that has been taught there since the late 1920s. Many of the world's leading ballet schools have adopted elements of the Vaganova method into their own training.
The Vaganova Academy is the associate school of the Mariinsky Ballet, one of the world's leading ballet companies. Students of the school have found employment with ballet and contemporary companies worldwide, such as the Bolshoi Ballet, The Royal Ballet, American Ballet Theatre and the Mikhailovsky Ballet.

What a fabulous idea to create this video compilation! Stunning dancers throughout! Russian ballet's great tradition continues. As the video progresses, we see the incredible ballerinas that the Vaganova Academy has produced and the future looks bright for all the young marvelous talents shown earlier. Thank you!

I think Ulyana was born with something inside, her pure artistry that already at this age is present and is the same that will accompany her through her whole career. When she steps on stage you are transported into her inner word, and you can’t help but freeze and reflect. She had to dance something special like this pdd, because the stupid usual technical variation wouldn’t have been enough for her. Thank you for this gem!

Grande impressione di facilità esecutiva d'acchito da parte della ballerina.Ottima l'enfatizzazione commediale al fine dell'esecutivita'. Прекрасная подборка, но почему-то забыты Захарова, Терешкина, Новикова, Ильюшкина. А еще я бы добавила Думченко, Гумерову, Голуб, Лукину . И видео с Сомовой ужасного качества, такое чувство, что записывали с экрана телевизора. Насколько я помню, на YT есть видео с ее выпускным выступлением весьма приличного качества.

Perhaps when it comes to flexibility, but absolutely not when it comes to the stage presence of Shakirova or delicate purity of Lopatkina or emotions of Zakharova etc. She needs to develop more in her artistry. She's still so young. People need to support her but stop worshipping her.

I don’t know why Khoreva has so many criticisms cuz she is rlly amazing. “She has no artistry” can anyone observe that she improves every time?
