Amazing. Ive seen dogs not eat something on a trick when its infront of them. But to have the dog touch it and still not go after it and eat it...all I can say is great job with that dog.

Really enjoyed, had to put my beagle down recently. Her name was Sadie, had her almost 14 yrs. She had cancer. Sadie did know how to roll over but that was the it.

I find beagles very trainable. Of course it depends on the individual dog but my Ellie could learn a trick in 20 minutes. Food is the key of course. She was like a circus dog oh, really miss her

utterly amazed. How much time was spent training this beagle? Did she have a natural aptitude for learning? I thought it was a major achievement teaching mine to sit, stay, shake hands and not eat dinner until given permission... all rather paltry after seeing this pup in action!

Brilliant ! I to have a beagle doing tricks on utube ozzy the beagle but having got as far as u have. He's only a pup yet. Just understanding how to teach them most of the tricks is the hardest part and which is the fastest and easiest way from them to learn!

I trained my beagle, Hank, to do many of these tricks. He would also do "You're under arrest", by placing his front paws on a wall and I'd frisk him. So cute. With his paw he'd ring a small bell I held for a treat, too. Beagles are very smart, you just need to get them interested. Great job!
