Hello! Why would you not want to use the shards to awaken her? I do have some shards and I was planning on maxing her out. I never used the shards yet.

What about the artifact Ancestral Teachings? It does only have 260 attack on level 25, but increases attack by 16%. That's around 2k attack on top when deployed. And it's quite easy to upgrade to level 25.

When you say "stats before sets", do you mean the primary stat or the secondary too? So If I have an ATK bonus Glacier amulet but substats aren't good, and an ATK bonus non-Glacier amulet with a couple good sub-stats, which is better?

Whatever gives you the most ATK. Period. Until very late game when you have stamina and resources to spare on min/max sub stats, you want ATK% as your main stat on everything. If you don't have any pieces with ATK% main, prioritize pieces with the best subs. Then worry about set bonuses (perhaps with a few suggestions of characters with special abilities that might benefit more than others from certain set bonuses).

For stats you want atk, atk speed, rage regen (in that order of importance)

According to the standard, Hero support can only give "buff atts", because the overtime heal isn't really worth it... A pretty standard Hero

I would say it really depends on how much attack you have for her, because if she is buffing 3-4 heroes with a huge amount of attack, that definitely replaces one extra dps, especially when we are having to spread gear which many don't have
