Idk if it’s done that way where he lives but he’s smashing the heck out of egg and rice making the consistency way to grainy, eggs are not supposed to disappear in the egg fried rice… and yeah no seasoning..

the second place had it right....cook the shrimp THEN add it.....prevent the rice from tasting shrimpy but still enjoying the taste fo the shrimp in the rice.

The deidcation to how long the fried Eggrise is roasted is amazing. Only downer are the Prawns. For my tasting the need to be fried with spices upfront to get them crispy. I dont like them like that because they gettin kind of jellyesk. But that is just my taste.

요즘 볶음밥 잘하는 중국집 찾기가 하늘에 별따기..... 찾으면 바로 단골인데 ~~~ 그나저나 영상은, 제대로 볶네요 ㅋㅋ 수분 제대로 다 날리고 ~~ 고슬고슬하게 ~~ 그리고 또 중요한거 ~~ 볶음밥은 역시 계란국이죠 ~` 수도권 올라오니 죄다 누가 먹다 남은건지도 모를 짬뽕국물 일색이던데... 계란국에 볶음밥이 오리지날입니다. ~~~ ㅋㅋㅋ 그나저나 이 집 대체 어딘가요??? ㅋㅋㅋ
