Actually he is brilliant he did say a whole lot in a few minutes. He's teaching Harmony e Composition to advance students not beginners.

@@edigabrieli7864 This specific video contains nothing advanced, just basic harmonic series info and mentions (not explains) the tonic - dominant - secondary dominant relations. It just does not explain the Basis of Harmony in Tonal Music.
