Suggestion: don't demolish the water tower/tank, fill it with water using a wind powered pump, when it's full up let it out via a hydro generator then you have free electricity.

Roof has wasp nests too. Saw a recent homestead vid dealing with wasps in roof. Is there a way to seal the roof tiles such that wasps and other nesting creatures can not make their homes? Esp the biting, stinging kinds.
