We travelled to Khao Sok National Park, not far from Phuket, Thailand. We decided to visit Cheow Lan Lake which is located within the national park. The lake is manmade and created as a dam to supple hydroelectricity to the region. But the lake's emerald green waters and tall limestone mountains that surround it continue to attract visitors. We stayed on a floating villa called Panvaree Resort which is accessible by private boat from the mainland. The resort took care of all our meals and activities during our stay.
