Lol you dont need skill to do that actually maybe need a little bit of aiming but thats it reason is he is using a special knife that only cuts a certain length no matter how hard you try to cut it. It works similar to those cheese smoother things

The core of that mango was really small and thin i think its a different type of mango that looks sour but isnt,like the red mangoes

Those mangos are "mamuong mun" they're only subtly sour, they're crisp and a lil' sweet, we like to snack on them like potato chips, in fact 'mamuong' means mango and 'mun' means potatoes! The sour types are are generally green and white fleshed, these ones are yellow so it's def not sour 😋Either ways both are delicious
