They are carved out of fairly hard clay(though not baked). But we use clay for bricks to build houses. not as strong as stone or baked clay, but it should last for years easy. if the roof was more angled it would probably last longer. Though i think that is why most of these videos dont have clay roofs but instead wood roofs with a layer of dirt over it. I suspect these are more or less vacation homes of some sort

E para um morador de rua fica difícil fazer essas escavações em centros urbanos, onde tem uma maior concentração de moradores de rua

They aren't. After few weeks they are full of strange animals, the water is filled with any sort of dirt. To reuse them you have to move all the animals, remove the dirt and leafs, remove the water, and refill the water. Those buildings are just for show, the swimming pools are not usable if not for few days.
