All hes doin is fine as far as i can see, i dunno why people kept complaining about the boxes, not everyone has 3d printer, and hes recycling that tape band, fire? why dont you try burning an empty case of that tape, and see how long it takes to burn it, it was a low voltage device and the battery are seperated so chance of fire is minuscule to none.

You already got the answer that it's not a phone, but you can use something called an OTG cable to have a normal USB A port on your phone. You can plug in a flash drive to your phone if you want.

All in all kinda neat, bur wouldnt use paper/cardboard (inner tape roll) for the housing as ESD can build up and harm rhe circuitry. Id probably 3D print a box and shield it.

@@yellowwinner1 if you're in the states, check your public library. Ours has 3D printers and such and charges 10 cents per gram of material. They also have big printers for signs, as well as cricut cutters etc.

i googled the sensor and it said it was for smoke detecting, then he showed the bottle of alcohol so i thought maybe the smoke detector gets set off by alcohol fumes. I saw the alcohol, looked up the sensor, and still got it wrong. I guess I'm dumb.

Lol I think he was trying to make a blood alcohol test like cops have but whether or not it would work I don't know but I do know that the alcohol you drink is not the same as the alcohol in hand sanitizer. You wouldn't need a test for if you drank isopropyl alcohol because you would be sick

Because the module produces a high ( 5v ) when something approaches it and then activating the buzzer which is soldered to it right away. And thebvolt is coming from the power bank through the usb
