I bought few small interior material from this shop. Be cautious to clear terms and conditions in advance especially with the Female sales staff. The sales girl was two faced. She did share minimal terms and condition in shop because she had to get the deals done but when the porter arrived with the materials the terms and conditions changed. Please be careful.

They treat customers badly, not interested for retail. Coming from someone who went to shop for 2-3 lakhs minimum.

Very bad experience...we went there to buying something for my living area...but kisi ne humko attend nhi kiya..no one even care k customer r waiting or standing.Owner was also sitting there looking here and there but unko b koi fark nhi pda k meri shop pr koi aya h to we should attend them...we r from meerut...hum specially claptrap ki video dekhker itni door unki shop pr gye thy...but we disappointed very bad

Due to @ClapTrap's recommendation, I visited Legacy Furniture and informed Sanjay about the reference. Regrettably, I received a faulty bed that produces a sound whenever someone sits on it. Furthermore, the hydraulic system he installed also turned out to be faulty, and I even provided him with a video as evidence at the time of delivery. However, now he is unresponsive and unwilling to rectify these issues. This situation has left me in a difficult position, dealing with these troubles due to your recommendation of Legacy Furniture through @ClapTrap.
