@@bartin7451 Not always carb, often Zubaidi, Shank, or others. The fish is seasoned in a different way and is grilled using orange and lemon wood. A completely different taste than anything you have ever tasted before, and this is the traditional way of eating fish in Iraq for thousands of years

Шкурка - самое вкусное в карпе. Они ее не чистят, саму рыбу не маринуют. Поэтому думаю это блюдо могло бы быть вкуснее. Это скорее быстрый вариант для неискушенного потребителя - набить живот.
