下ごしらえの丁寧さ、調理の手際よさ、チイムワクの良さ接客のよさ小さいお子様の気遣い子供が小さい時外食に行った時こちらでは聞いてもらったときありませんでした。どれをとっても、神対応で素晴らしい、絶対にいきたいです。頑張って下さい。

この忙しさの中において、全ての従業員の方々に無駄な動きがなく、流れ作業のように自分の役割を終え次に渡していく姿は、もうシステマチックな機械のように感じるほどに素晴らしい。長い動画なのに最後まで見てしまいました。ニューヨークから拝見しており、ここにも日本人経営のレストランはたくさんありますが、当然価格とクオリティの面で日本のお店に叶うわけもなく、この美味しい食事が気軽にできる環境が周りにない自分の状況に悲しくなります。。。苦笑 5年日本に帰国できていないんですが、このお店で食事する為に帰国したくなりました。幸い実家が関西地方なので、帰国時は絶対に足を運ぼうと思います。

I'd so love to try this food! I am sure I'd never make it as skillfully, but it would be an adventure to try. I am surprised how noisy this kitchen is.. the ones I've worked at, you were supposed to be as quiet as possible. Bravo and high praise for all these kitchen workers, its not an easy life!

This is some of the best looking food I've ever seen in my life. If I had a restaurant around the corner like this, I'd eat here every day. Even in Boston it's very hard to find everyday Japanese food restaurants, it's all sushi, sushi, sushi, fancy ramen, Asian fusion, more sushi, more ramen. Those are all great but I can't eat them every day. Of course there's plenty of ways to get the groceries to make something as simple as kitsune udon, but to order at a restaurant in the US? Forget it. Sadly!

It is sad that we cannot get food and service like this here in Los Angeles, or at least here in the San Gabriel Valley. Based on the prices I see here, I'd happily pay double here to get this; however, here, it actually would cost more. But that's L.A. for you.
