A sheet lightening and thunder storm lights up the evening sky in Crownhill in the suburbs of Plymouth on 27th May 2017.

Excellent piece of footage. We had this around 3-4am in Bristol with torrential rain

Thanks Kev - certainly unique and was over Devonport and then us for well over an hour! Really glad I made the effort to film it! P.S Rain came later, but it was unusual at first with strong lightening but very little thunder!

I had this while I was playing dominoes and then it flooded round by Birmingham 1-2 days later

Was awesome! Powerful display and highly unusual in that it lasted for so long!

Yea i was watching it for almost 3 hours too, filmed a little and uploaded to my channel awesome storm :)
