特筆すべきなのは、職人技より品質管理の厳しさ。 どんなに規模が小さくても、都度品質をチェックしているのが凄い。 これが日本製が日本製たらしめるんだろうな。

But i point out those who dont - Human lives still is at the value of a Bowl of Rice… Since the great Wall was build🤷🏼‍♂️ Today might be a little better… But we recieve toxic toys for children, made in China?? 良いものは高い理由が分かる動画でした。職人の技術による品質の高さ。今の製造業はコストダウンを考えるから安いと長持ちしない昔の家電の方が耐久性が高かったし小型化できないから重かった分頑丈に出来てた。

In Japan, there has been a culture that respects people who do handicrafts brilliantly in small factories as craftsmen and bosses. They work hard so that there is no even the slightest part. Even if it becomes such a difficult task that it is not worth the price, they are proud to train.

Forty five years ago I watched as an apprentice, leaf springs being made and repaired in a little backstreet yard in London. Same processes and it was a very old place then. A lot of heavy manual skilled work here and you can see it is done absolutely correctly.

手作業が多いように感じられるので、小ロット品、特注品なのでしょうか。多くの工程や大勢の人が関わる中で安定した品質を作るのってなかなか難しいと思う。

Yes i work in a Spring Factory in France and the process are similar. The difference is that for me, the entire process is automated, right down to painting and marking.

That fishing pole factory looks like a seriously boring place to work all day. I would go crazy! It takes a special type of person to work in such a place. I'm not that type.😁

The Japanese people take a lot of pride in their work. Probably the only people left that do. I remember a time when American laborers took pride in their job, but not so much anymore. I did but was constantly laughed at and put down by fellow workers. I buy Japan-made products anytime over anything else if available.

Интересно производство пружин. У нас бы в горячем цеху заставили работать в касках. The production of springs is interesting. In our hot shop they would have forced us to work in helmets.

100均の輪ゴムとオーバンドの輪ゴムの違いは知っていました バネは電車に使用する物でしょうか?大変な作業ですね 全て機械では出来ず 手をかけた物ほど質が良く 値段が高くなる事がよく分かりました

なんでも3dプリントポンになればいいが、核融合炉で原始レベルまでバラバラにしてどうこうできるようになるか、分子レベルの部品で組み上げられるようになるには、 シンギュラリティが起きたとしても、1000年以上かかるなーきっと。

Вы посмотрите да люди, вот вам и японская технология и качество. Они даже пружины проверяют по несколько раз в плоть до миллиметров после каждой новой обработкой. Вообще шок. Просто класс.
