Hello! The creation of this Match Chain Domino took me about 120 hours to make and 12000 safety matches were used.

A filter to block the glare of the blaze would work wonders, too. I enjoyed seeing the matches crumble and fall. Watching the whole thing at once would be nice.

Amazing....the only sad thing is that it is just like cooking a great dinner. Spending hours and hours preparing to see it is just devoured in 15-20 minutes Very nice!!

Its stop motion so it was done while placing the matchsticks only. The only hardwork was that he needs to click photo after every placement.

Loved it all, even the matches that didn’t burn. But there was one inexcusable decision. We didn’t get to see the burning hand because the click add for other videos covered it. Might be worth re-editing that last bit. But I did enjoy it. Also wondered how many individual shots were strung together to get the effect of the matches simply appearing. If you know, Fire Hand, please tell us.

The effort given is admirable! An aerial view of the lighting wild have had a magnificent view of the whole thing! Instead what was shown was simply matches being lighted!

Is this what you do as a career or is this a intense hobby? I only ask bc you said it took 120 hours to create, WOW! How many hours do you work in each sitting? How many days did it take to complete this project? Would have loved to have seen an overhead view of the entire thing as it was going off. Your work is really amazing, the anticipation while waiting for each match to light and carry the little flame was AMAZING!!!👏👏👏

The reason the flat star didn't work is because the matches were flat on the tiles.. If there was a layer of cardboard down first (cut in the star shape), with the matches stuck onto that, the air could get under to aid combustion.. Otherwise, an awesome vid 👍 😁

Isn't it amazing how fire spreads especially with combustible material that's next to each other. Very enlightening. I must have fallen asleep for a few minutes in the middle of the video I think, somewhere between the first 10 matches and half of them being burnt.
