I'm trying to fall asleep meditating, but that dang bell!

Sleep does not have anything with meditation, dang is there because of that. Real meditation is be 100 % present without giving attention to thinking, just be. Try meditation when you are not sleepy and you are restful.

@@InfiniteLoveMeditationClub I know, I know... I'm trying... In the meantime, I still need to go conventional until the hypnosis wears off. My days often get filled with busyness and I forget about presence until it's time to fall asleep. Those days it would be nice if I could at least fall asleep listening to a Mooji meditation... Thank you. It's nice to finally talk to someone who's adept at this. I'm present now lol... Much Love

I'm using it as a pre-sleep meditation myself as I've proved that falling to sleep will "manifest during the next day. I recorded this on a PC with Audacity and edited out the bell.
