It was the land that first drew Erin and Nathan to this property and this week it’s time to landscape it to its full potential! While the mature gardens and a bonus tennis court were already in good shape, the pool area and cabana needed a refresh.
Inside the home, we’re making over the family lounge room and turning a dungeon-like bedroom into a laundry you’ll love.

Erin's house transformation is not as dramatic as the others, which is interesting because based on Erins perceived personality, I am not entirely surprised. Very grounded and financially conscious haha!

Ahhh, finally got a moment to sit & drool over this next segment. I’m weird because I actually love doing laundry, so I was eager to see how you did it. So beautiful and practical, and nice to have a place just outside to hang laundry 🙌🏻 The landscaping, stone, pool area, everything looks perfect & so well thought out. Love!!

It is beautiful… but also so monotone and “show room.” I’d much rather see it in 6 months how she actually lives in it! Something more realistic. Also Erin saying doing something wild for the bathroom floor because it’s two neutral tiles lol 😂

I am disappointed in the lounge, but the rest of the house is stunning! The glass in the front and the black metal in the back was 100% the right call. I didn't even see the black fencing until you pointed it out.
