i would set up chairs and a table for everyone on top of the pool and when they least expect it start dropping the floor. it would be so confusing to them

How deep are all the pools?

How deep do you want them? these in the video are mostly private use so 6-7 feet (2m) deep but they can do Olympic sized up to 18 feet (5.5m) deep if you want to be able to dive.
