I am a chef, and was just looking for some inspiration for new ideas for some quick stations, etc. I do quite a bit of Korean that is more traditional. I did not at all expect to see some of the things they used for street foods. They use Mozzarella on probably more than half of these, and some odd combos for sure... the rice bowl looked good but i was surprised at the Mozzarella and Tunafish from a can.. I'd just throw some bulgogi and kimchi in there lol. Awesome to see how much they mixed things up

I never understood this, with so many flavors, you can’t taste the hot dog. But then again, I’m the type of person that likes to keep no more than three flavor ingredients in any one dish with seasoning that can tweak the flavors. I know many people that just would go crazy over this and love it….. this is why food is so fabulous. Something for everyone in our own unique pallets.

Does the meat in the hotdogs taste so bad that it needs to be saturated with all the different sauces ? Too much I think. Did they check out a good American Diner first, to see how it's all done ? They should have. Perhaps in an American Diner these sauces, ketchups, mayonnaise etc might be a choice, not all at the same time.

The things that I like in the street foods in every part of Korea is that they are wearing gloves and I think that their street foods is 100% clean and number 1 to the top chart when it comes to cleanliness. And when I look and even eat it, I think that I won't have any hesitation to try a bite.

This was a beautifully filmed video. I am American and have never visited Korea. There were so many foods here that I have never seen, and many that I didn't know what they were. Koreans seem to love a lot of hot chili pepper! The American hot dog shop was very interesting...to see the Korean take on one of our favorite foods. I have to say I have never seen lettuce on a hot dog. We eat them mostly with onions, mustard, pickles and ketchup. I will have to try lettuce!

Thank you for the videos- they are so relaxing, it’s really great to see how food in other countries are prepared. 😌 Btw. Everyone is on about the hotdog and mayo - which in my opinion looks delicious. But nobody says anything about the tripe/lungs and i don’t even wanna think what’s shown in 27:12 🫣😂 - it’s that kind of food you either like or move on. I‘m the latter 😁
