Never been entirely sure why everyone thinks they are copying Italians. Mid engine cars inherently have to have certain design cues for enhineering purposes. I would say Italian vehicles in general are the pinnacle of beauty from an astetic point of view. Think Ferrari, Alfa, and Duccati for example.

The price on the ZR1 is very competitive, maybe the lowest price for the miles I have seen in a while. That said, I think it's a mistake to finish the wheels. I understand it will likely look better, but it will most likely lower the value over time. Whatever the case, this one won't stay on your showroom floor long.

I fill my 1996 at Costco all the time - no problems. Maybe it's state dependent? I love so many things about the C4, including the center mount gas cap - very convenient.

I don't know, our pumps here hate the C4. They're those new pressure seal style types. Buc-cees here has the older types and that one gives me no issues.
