I have watched sooo many of these flash mob proposals and I have to say that this one is THE BEST I have seen so far!!! I love the way he got her to dance, and others joined in as well and then, SURPRISE!, it’s all for her! ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! I can’t stop the happy tears running down my face! And I don’t even know any of these people! Thank you for sharing such a beautiful and most memorable event in your lives!!!

I am not proud to say that I have binge watched flash mob proposals for more time than I care to admit and this is by far the best one I've seen so far

Yep guilty of being a diehard romantic and binge watching with a couple boxes of Kleenex tissues lol. This is the Baltimore I love since 71' and yes my favorite proposal she was surprised I think for real !!!!!! Dancers represented too great job Baltimore Dancers! Congrats Cait and Powell !!!!!!
