So I completed this rune earlier today, nice walk through btw..quick and concise, and when handing it in, she took all my critters but I did not receive my rune. I am currently doing the whole thing again. Has anyone else encountered this?

@@ryanpinfold6454 I redid the quest last night and made sure I had a couple empty slots and I got the rune. I figure I must have not had 1 empty slot when I turned in the first time, if that was the case the quest should have failed not completed and not given the rune. Not a huge deal, it took about an hour to redo the whole thing, but still annoying. So for anyone reading comments before doing this, make sure to have an empty slot in your bags before turn in. She is a vendor so you can sell to her before completing the quest.

@@GladiusGamingGG looks like, I was lvl 27 when I did it both times so it wasn't a level issue. I just didn't notice my bag space or lack there of.

just an fyi. don't have a full inv when you turn in your 3 critters. i had to do this twice....

when I find a pet that has an ability that i need for my cat do i need to level up the pet i dont need to get the ability? I'm confused as to how to get the ability for my cat. for example bite.

Don't need to level up, just use the pet that has the ability you want until it tells you "You have learned " and then you can abandon it if you want and can now teach it to your cat.

which one are you stuck on? Search all the buildings for the weavel, any of the bones can have a flesh picker under it, and not sure on the tarantula. I just saw the one on the stump

I'm running trap launcher right now. Way too fun to not use. Overall, Viper solves most of our mana problems and then eventually our set bonus will ensure that

any of the abilities that your pet has that isn't an auto attack. Like nuttynotips mentioned, bite, claw, dive, cower, harden shell, venom sting, etc. This rune will only proc on the crits from the ones that do damage though

Just get trap launcher it's way better. Aspect of viper covers mana issues.
