the organization of these pastry chefs is just amazing. In so many workplaces people cant or refuse to work together and just make your work life hard. Looking at these co-workers and seeing how the seamlessly work as a team and create these lovely cakes.....they could teach people all over the world what it means to work as a team. I am just in awe, so impressive.

it's so amazing how they don't waist anything and way every ounce I like how they also scrape down every last drop and now I'm watching them make some of the most awesome flowers I've ever seen looks so real plus I would hate to cute into them they looks so pretty I wish I could learn how to make them flowers my cupcakes would look amazing. Attention to detail, clean, orderly, food safety. Then they come out with the perfect wobble and a beautiful sponge. I'm in cake heaven. I couldn't possibly eat that rice flower cake. Those flowers are exquisite. That is the most beautiful edible art I've ever seen. Salute to the master of her craft. Wow. And OMG, death by chocolate. That would send me into a carb coma that there would be no waking up from.

The precision, organized process, attention to detail, and excellent hygiene makes me want to work here. Truly would be satisfied with how perfect they look. Always loved the level of sweetness in Japanese and Korean bakeries because they don’t make it too sweet. They either are half or less of US desserts.

For some reason, this sound of cutlery and pans and the process of mixing ingredients in those gigantic mixers have some sort of soothing and relaxing effect on me, almost like a meditation. Sometimes I watch these videos in the evening after a hard working day just to chill off

I really like the sound of the pans clinking together. Watching the ingredients being processed makes me really want cake. Watching you add the water to the baking sheets is really impressive compared to similar scale western bakeries. You’re turning out gourmet food. 💕♥️💕

I do sometimes miss my cake decorating job. Making floral topped cakes was a personal favorite and our customers loved them. These are extra fancy and produced exactly as I did them. Well done. 🌟🌟🌟

There is no such concept of hygiene in Korea. It's just that they were also educated about hygiene when learning technology from Japan. In Japan, there is a hygiene standard called HACCP, which is mandatory. South Korea is a country where kimchi containing E. coli is sold.

When my son and I stopped at a shop in Bratislava for a bite to eat, there was a bakery with a case full of pieces of cake --certainly not as large nor as complexly designed as these portions, and we purchased a slice, served with tea or apricot nectar on the patio. Wonderful break, piece of cake! I can't imagine, with all the work and materials that go into these mini-masterpieces, how much each portion costs.

Нереально красивые цветы. Цветы как живые, очень натурально смотрятся - и цвет и сами цветы. Просто фантастика великие мастерицы, им нет равных. Вообще в тех странах, Китай, корея, Япония - это их родное, никто не может быть равным им, они большие умельцы в создании цветовой гаммы

Это как гипноз. Полтора часа прошли незаметно. На три вещи можно смотреть вечно: на горящий огонь, на текущую воду и на то как другие работают. А еще больше мне понравились эти звуки.... так много людей и такая тишина.

All of the cakes are wonderfully done and look so delicious. My only complaint would be all the powdered sugar/cocoa and the syrup drizzled on. Being diabetic, the extra sugar would do me in. I love the idea that the "icing" is whipped cream, and not as sweet. And the presentation is spot on. Not to mention the artistry of the flowers. Fabulous.

Flowers are not made with icing or whipped cream. Use a paste called 'Angkeum', which is made by gently mashing boiled soybeans. The flowers color is made using various natural ingredients such as sweet potatoes, cabbage, and red rice. Cakes are made from rice, not wheat. No icing or whipped cream was used in this cake.

To all diabetic cake lovers: omit or drastically lower carbs from meal, cut cake piece in half, enjoy and have plenty of physical activity afterwards. Problem solved. Never thought to turn on captions. Will save this video. Am I the only one to fitit so-o-o satisfying to watch? Thank you.
