Мясорубка для теста прикольная, ещё брусочки проходят фэсконтроль и бракованные забрасываются назад в мясорубку. Движения у него выточенные до секунды,молодец!!!

I'm not really a fan of deep fried dough but I can sure appreciate the process and the amount of work that goes into making the massive amounts of these from scratch and the skill of getting them ALL to look the same. How many of these are made in an average day? I tip my hat to these people who are obviously Masters.

@@susanrima7674 I worked 5 years in a corp owned bakery. I know what you are saying. The fact remains we are speaking of street venders in another country. Their standards are not the same. You may not agree with it but their world is far different than theirs. Do not be so critical of others simply because they aren't in bakers' whites and hair nets. What you see here is FAR better than more rural areas. If you don't like how the rest of the world lives then volunteer in a 3rd world nation and help make changes but don't be critical of people who work really hard every day to put food on their family's tables.

I would expect it to be even cause only the final stages were done by hand. Every thing else was done by machines being fed the exact amounts of ingredients.

매콤한 떡볶이 소스에 젖어있어도 만두 속은 그대로 유지되어서 특유의 쫀득쫀득, 꾸덕꾸덕한(씹는 맛이 좋음) 질감에 만두 속 맛이 묘하게 조화스러움. 의외로 제조 공장의 조리도구들이 스텐레스여서(위생적) 깜놀.

Сначала полчаса надо было смотреть на то, как парень с голыми подмышками с тестом работает, потом полчаса смотреть как кусочки теста из под крюка отваливаются, потом что-то кривенькое налепили. Долго жарили в ведре масла и на выходе какое-то тончайшее насквозь промасляное произведение с пустотой внутри! Первый раз такую мутатень смотрела! Обычно всегда интересно про азиатскую кухню снимают.

Now that’s a process-steamed then fried. Chicken & dumplings: flatten biscuit dough as shown, cut into thin strips & simmer in chicken broth until firm.

My mom and grandma made dumplings with biscuit dough for years. However, these are a totally different kind of dumpling. No comparison.
