Parts of it are definitely from the Disabled People's Arts Troupe. But if you watch the whole performance they had put their own spin on it and they have original choreography as well.

Original act was from a group of Chinese deaf performers, these girls are just wearing different outfit and holding a feather. Please respect original performers they are disabled and worked hard for this
