The reason he remains poor is because he is incapable of thinking beyond his skill. There is no doubt absolutely that it's a rare and valuable skill but it can only do so much in a commercial environment. The time it took me to write this message a factory in China might have made 100 of these. That is why China is growing like anything. Chinese are intelligent and are not only having such skills but also designing machines that can replicate this same skill in a commercial environment and mint money. It's sad to see that poor man would never change and in fact might face Chinese machinery fury in just a few years time. His skill would not be able to save him from extreme poverty.

Brilliant! Being a wife of a stonemason/bricklayer I had to watch this multiple times because this guy is going old school as my husband often does and it was so satisfying to see the end result. Work smart not hard. Those aren't going anywhere for a long time and gorgeous. Amazing what the earth can provide us and should never be taken for granted. This guy gets it. Ask someone what a brick walkway like that would cost and you would really appreciate this mans talent. 💚

Babies and toddlers sit like this. Its supposedly the most natural seated position for the human body. Sitting in a chair is supposedly why there are so many musculoskeletal disorders. I say supposedly a lot because I'm not an expert. When I sit like this I feel like my hip bone is inside my spleen. Or said another way: death is likely. :)
