I recently got my grubby little hands on a stack of 2023-24 Upper Deck Series 2 Tins at actual retail price of $64.99 per box. I have slow rolled opening them, hoping I would hit big in one of them.
Well...the wait is over. I have opened my last tin from the stack, and it did...alright.

How are tins so cheap at Meyers? Walmart/card shops selling them here for almost 200.

If you're looking at Walmart's website, you are likely seeing resellers. Walmart started allowing people to post products for sale on their website much like Amazon does. If you're seeing it in store for $200? They are not supposed to do that.

@@justhockeycards I've never seen any Series Two UD of any kind in my Walmart. Everything is always sold out when I check. Yes, I'm aware of Walmart's shadiness allowing shady sellers on their site. I always select Sold By Walmart along the side of the page when browsing. I've had some incredibly awful experiences accidentally buying from those sellers.

Wow, congrats...I had more success with the tin as well, pulled the Bedard OPC glossy and a silver outburst YG checklist, but now the retail stores haven't gotten any UD in months, card shop is selling retail tins for $90. It's going to be more cost effective to just wait for the card to drop some more then ebay to buy

They should just do away with the Portraits & give an extra young gun. That's really what people want. I know opening hockey cards is a big gamble but how is it fair when 1 tin has 3 Connor Bedards & some have none ? I know life ain't fair but stuff like this just pushes me away from opening it.

@@justhockeycards I've actually been doing that a lot lately. Still some other collector is going to get shafted by opening a dud tin. Basically I don't know how Upper Deck is going to keep doing things like this long term tho. People are already starting to catch on. Their not going to have a Connor Bedard level player every year to boost profits.
