Great video!! I have a question though; If I create a desktop flow and I want to charge 10 different users for using my flow unattended on 10 different private Virtual Machines. Does that mean I'm gonna have to pay $150 × 10 users = $1500 per month for the unattended license??

Thanks for the feedback. Without visibility of what you are trying to do and why you would want to run 10 separate instances of your unattended flows it's impossible to advise on something this specific. When you say you want to "charge" users for using your flow, this suggests to me you are trying to monetize something you are building for a 3rd-party - in this case, your requirements are going to be more complex and you are not going to generate revenue from the licenses they buy (Microsoft or the reseller will).

If an external user (supplier) is authenticated from the local contacts Dataverse table, that has been pre-populated with their account information, and once authenticated the Power Page shows a Power App embedded in an Iframe, that shows their supplier data that is stored in Dataverse, What licenses are needed?

Thanks for watching. You should refer to this reference: learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/canvas-apps/share-app-guests. By layering authenticated Power Pages with a canvas app you may be significantly increasing your licensing costs, but the exact nature of this entirely depends on what you have set-up and what else you have going on in your environment.

End users for business apps should NEVER be able to arbitrarily affect the cost of the enterprise like what you're describing at 2:33. I love these apps and we all want to use them and many companies are willing to pay, just let us do it properly and clearly.

To be clear they only impact the cost if they get their trial converted to a full paid license. The issue I’ve seen is that in some scenarios by the time their trial is over they are deep enough into whatever tech that it would be harmful to not buy the license. This is like having candy at the checkout of the supermarket!
