As I can see, you are using java 1.8 [Tapas] : Yes the above example was using java 1.8 and I think it supports from java 1.7 onwards. 2. Can we alter the schema in the aws gui , where you have created the table? [Tapas] : Yes we can alter the schema in the aws console. 3. For address field, you have created the field with predefined value. How to set as null ? Later while loading the data into table, we need to load the actual data. [Tapas] : As Dynamo DB is no sql and it is not structured so you can directly add the data during runtime as part of your add request. 4. Can show how to export / import file of data? Of course when we use in real time, we will be using huge data. Which requires bulk import and export. [Tapas] : Yes it can be done. You can write one lambda do take one file from s3 and write it to dynamodb. I will create a video on this scenario sometime later and explain. 5. I think, it is the paid version of software, is there any dummy version for practice?
