Hi i am 3yrs experienced Fullstack web developer. I am also in tcs. Thinking from many months to switch a company like Amazon.. Product based. Can you help mein guiding. With some questions? How Amazon decides salary? Do they decided salry based on old company package? Or how they decided.

No they have the fix package for perticular positions like for sde 1 base will be around 18lpa ..sde2 base 24lpa approx

So bro do u think the tcs experience was helpful 🤔 to crack this? Because you were fully into coding and digital cracked. I had watched your 1.2 year experience video and then came to this video. Like curious to know digit banda joined complete networking and OS side....
