If it's your first or second book, then it might not be the bot; might just be you not following the guidelines for publishing on Amazon. If everything is okay, and you believe your books met the guidelines, you might want to upgrade and see if it works. If it doesn't, you could result to creating a new one. I think you need to go through your book again and discover the reason for this. Most times, books could get blocked because so many people are flooding one category with same kind of books everyday. For such situation, you might want to change category or niche for a while. You can give this a trial. Trademarks, AI detection and so many others could be causing this. You shouldn't give up. Keep pushing and you will definitely discover what's wrong and the best strategy to overcome the book Blocking.

Those books never went live. They don't even review the books once your account has been flagged. When an account has experienced book blocks, they flag it. So when you publish, no review is done. It blocks your book automatically. This is done by a bot.

That's why when you republish same blocked book on another account, it goes live immediately because the new account hasn't experienced any blocks and is not flagged.
