I’ve had my 3 (1 male and 2 females) for over a year. I got them from an excellent breeder who wouldn’t let me have them till my set up was 100% perfect, so we were in contact for around 2 months before I was given the go ahead. They eat red runners, and crickets. They spend a lot of time at night in their large swimming area. It has to be big and deep enough so all 3 can spread out together in the water. I use a fogger, which is on a timer.

So excited to watch! At the moment I am hatching some tadpoles of just common pond frogs! I am receiving a package from BufgzUk of a African Mantis! Soooo excited!!!! Same species as your Liz was! Love your channel and just like you I cannot deal with the cuteness of praying mantis! My two mantis so far are a Ghost Mantis (Phantom) and a Giant Asian (Juronemo because he jumps a lot🤣) and the next will be called Flur de Lecure

One more question… do you think I could keep a cactus type plant in a snail enclosure? Apparently, the cactus I have can tolerate humidity but it is a *tiny* bit spiky! Should this be a concern? I don’t want to spike my Fuluca! 😂 His name is Steven!
