Hey, Steph! The bumps in the arms that both you and I have are called Keratosis Pilaris or chicken skin! I have had them also since I was younger! You have to exfoliate in other for them to smoothen out! That product from first aid beauty is meant for people with our condition (KP), so I will be trying it out and also going to a derms office to try to finally get rid of my bumps! Sephora has special products for people with KP, so you should try them out and see if they work for you! Hope this helps you out! 😊❤
