This was a fantastic adaptation. I just finished season 1 and it was just great, but don't forget... there is another settlement that needs your help...

As a huge fallout fan I did enjoy this tv series. I had my doubts and was scared but I’m glad I was wrong. The main characters were fun to watch especially lucy. I loved how she slowly change as the story progresses as she learns the dark nature of the wasteland. As a huge fan of the BoS I was happy to see them and not gonna lie, kinda glad that they’re assholes as it would make since due to them being assholes in fo4. Maximus was fun to watch and so far my favorite character gotta be cooper. He was so cool and fun to learn about his past, what it was really like before the bombs and what it was like married to a vault-tec employee. Hell I was excited to finally see Mr. House. Now I do have some issues like it left a lot unknown and I don’t know how they’re gonna do the plot about the water chip broken, unless it was just a reference to the first fallout. I can’t wait for season 2, I wonder if we’ll ever see the sole survivor or the courier

I think that as great as the Fallout show is, The Last of Us is a better show for people who have never played the game because it is easier to understand for the casual viewer. As a fan of fallout, however, I am in love with the show and eagerly awaiting the second season.

I don’t understand how everyone is claiming the show is extremely good. I took 2 days to fully watch the show, and it’s just terrible writing. Sure the show clearly doesn’t take itself seriously, and that’s fine, but there are so many plot coincidences, bad character writing (Maximus) and absolutely goofy adaptations that make no sense. I have like 20 questions per scene. They had good material and fantastic set design, great actors too. But it can’t make up for bad writing

After finishing, I still have some questions, like, how did The Ghoul and his daughter(?) survived. Why did his wife let them be outdoors when the bombing happened. How did the raiders enter Vault 32, and what really happened to their inhabitants. Did Lucy's brother go into his father's pod? I have many others as well
