Basically, what Ricky is saying is that space is so big, that some stars you see are actually gone right now. They've blown up a long time ago, but it takes so long for light to travel that we cant see it gone yet. Or like the "wow!" signal. We received some kind of transmission from space, but whatever sent it to us is probably already gone. And this transmission has been traveling through space for however long just for us to finally receive it.

The problem with the screaming isn't that it's Gabe, it's that he's holding the camera and thus screaming directly into the mic. Gabe is free to scream when he's not behind the camera lol

Time itself is a natural force, that we humans have named “time”, but to say it’s a human construct is wrong, since it existed before us as all things age and decay.
