One such example is our govt, reservations are for utilisation, grow up to a certain level of economy status where in the reservation no longer applies to your income. How many people do that? Reservation has more benefits right? Why grow?. He can give away money, anybody can, what's the use of they don't understand it's value?. You can only help by demonstrating, provide tools.
