I get so many instagram DM's and tweets a day asking for life advice, so I thought I would make a full video dedicated to answering them! Amber is like a breeze of fresh air. I'm going through a very very terrible phase in life right now and I'm aware that there are many who are dealing with even worst. I had to unexpected quit my job, I was in the middle of looking for another potential opportunities and this pandemic outbreak😞 My father too, retired last year, so there's no income flow. And worst things worst is my family blames me responsible for losing my past job. I don't feel like living at this point. Never felt so dejected before😖 Just hoping to see to see a ray of sunshine and for the sun to radiate it's benevolence.

What you said about confidence is so true. Totally fake it till you make it. I used to be so picky looking in a mirror, always pointing out what I didn’t like. Eventually I changed what I was looking for in the mirror. Instead of looking for what made me “ugly”, I was looking at what I absolutely love about myself. Eventually after a few months of doing this, you only look at what you love, and slowly that becomes all of you. This isn’t going to happen overnight. You will definitely feel stupid when you’re first doing it, but it works.

I did that too! I would stand in front of the mirror and convinced myself I looked good until I believed it. It does sound silly but it genuinely worked for me. That and surrounding myself with people who made me feel good. It took like 3 years but trust me it works

When I was a young and impressionable 10 yr old my neighbor girl told me that the older lady up the street who always seemed to exude confidence and was here nor there exceptionally attractive...... Gave her some advice: "Annamarie," she said, "I look in the mirror every morning and I say to my reflection, Francis, you're beautiful". I swear it changed everything. And yes it does feel different at first but I think it works.
