Yes, but it's also because she has such a poor sense of self that she has to mirror people around her to have an identity. I think it's a mix of both mocking and wanting to adopt others' personas. If she wants people to think she has the traits and qualities of someone people seem to like, she'll emulate their look. She thinks others are that easy to fool because she's that easy to fool. She doesn't understand that personality is innate and comes from inside because she's so disordered.
