Eaven if she isn't gaining a profit off of them and donating all the money the brand can literally come after your head for copyright infringement especially with the scarf as someone not knowleadgeable enough can mistake that for a real item, also a few comments up from this there's a thread discussing Gucci writing their name like Guccy on some of their products
