I am the queen of DIY makeovers and the girliest girl there is - so today I am giving myself a makeover GOTH STYLE! The polar opposite of my usual very extra aesthetic so it's the ultimate style swap to the dark side! ENJOY THE MAKEOVER!

Emily Sydorowicz Goth and emo are both music based subcultures. They have aesthetics, but neither is purely a “fashion style.” You can wear as much black as you like, but if you’re not into the music or subculture as a whole, then you wouldn’t really be emo or goth. That would be like calling yourself a metalhead because you wear band shirts when you don’t even like metal..

I worked at Hot Topic for 4 years & I LOVED seeing girly princess girls come in, they would shop around and be so genuinely interested in the goth/punk fashion. & most of the time they would always be like apologetic, and kept saying they werent trying to be a poser. I think its adorable, Hot Topic honestly is all about ACCEPTING EVERYONE. We welcome all walks of life.

Honestly! You pull off every look fantastically with your own twist to it! Great job as always! Have you ever thought of going for that Victorian or medieval look... except making it with a modern day twist with some Amber flare to it?! That would be so cool!

Since Amber is testing styles opposite of hers, I would love to see her make this type of video but with a transformation in the Korean style (Kawaii clothes and makeup). It would be a very fun challenge.💅💅

@JACQUELINE KNOWLES Colby is a KZfaqr. He has his own channel, but also collabs with his best friend on a duo channel called Sam and Colby where they explore stuff. Their older videos were of abandoned places, their recent stuff is haunted places, and they're coming out with something new this upcoming Sunday. They're really cool, you should check them out! Anyway, Colby isn't goth though. He's Emo. Also, they aren't dating. They're just good friends.
