I saw this question a lot in here and no answer so I did the math! The foam board is about 4’ wide x 8’ tall. That’s 32 square feet (384 inches). The roses she linked are 3 in wide, so you’d need 128 roses to fill the whole thing. Hope this helps!!

Keep in mind it's $1 per rose. That's A LOT of roses. Fyi. The place literally right across the street is cheaper, I think. It's called Wedding and Event Bead Store. Address is 413 E. 8th Street in Downtown Los Angeles. Granted I didn't go in there asking for the big roses, but they did have the flower panels which has smaller roses but are so much easier to deal with cause you can just glue or pin them down. Those are priced for $18 each panel but I got her to lower it to $10 since I took a dozen plus 4 grass panels (8 each). This place in the video didn't even offer the panels. Just in case anyone is interested.

This is so much cheaper than any flower wall you could have paid for and I think it looks amazing. I'm torn as to if the leaves in between the roses would have looked better but the white pillar/bookend things popped SO WELL with the leaves all in the bottom of the wall like that. Yikes!! Never use scissors to cut the stems of faux flowers, they usually always have a thin wire in them - and using scissors to cut them will not only ruin your scissors, but will make it very frustrating to cut all the way through them, if you even can at all. I think what Amber meant to say was that she was using wire cutters to cut the stems of her faux roses. Wire cutters are pretty cheap but make projects like this much easier. They can be purchased at any craft store, Walmart, Target and sometimes even at dollar stores. Ms. Amber - this was yet again another darling video! Your flower wall turned out stunning, your cheeriness brightened my day - and I'm always looking forward to seeing what you are going to do next!

Honestly when I knew you made this I had thoughts like... Well I wanted to decorate my bookshelf with something but I didn't know what I could do with it so I thought I could put roses on the side of the bookshelf for a flower wall.. I think it would be pretty if it was like a pink and white type of thing and then maybe on the inside of the bookshelf I could put some flowers on it and the bottom of the shelf will be pink yarn wrapped around the shelfs... I'm sorry if it don't make sense I'm just saying my ideas of what I think would be cool ..I was actually seeing if Amber used glue or tape or whatever to put the roses on the thingy but yeah but it was fun to watch her make it I love you Amber :p
