Have you looked at Medic Lodge aides cards. Also recommend getting the Juice Max power bank. Also recommend getting a pair of X-Shears oh and a small Olight torch. Bought my army style of that clips to radio loop, has red light, low and high light modes, 1100 lumen. It's a tiny powerful torch

Jrclc is literally the bible. The app is great for updates.

for the jrcalc and the history cards are you allowed to look at them while you are with a patient? it might seem like a silly question sorry 😭

You can indeed! You can take anything in to a patients house that will help with your clinical practice… Most people have their JRCALCs on their phones and prefer it over a paper copy, this is because the app is always up to date on dosages and guidelines. Hope that helps

hello ive have just left school and am going on to collge to study level 3 public services, and then i wan to be a paramedic. i was wondering if you fail a exam do they take you off the course or can you resit.

Harry Coutts so how it works at Portsmouth university is that you don’t automatically fail and you can resist. However this year you could only fail up to 60 credits to retake and if you failed over that amount you have to resist the whole year! Hope that helps! We are really lucky at Portsmouth university as they really do want you to get through the course and get the best grade you can ☺️
