Hemanth Kumar is personality of par Excellency. He is immortal by his soul lifting renditions. Great composure & great singer. We are lucky to have had such great singer during our life time.

A great singer. I attended his musical concerts during Durga Puja festivities in Patna in 1960s. His lofty personality is reflected in his profound voice. He was as much a rage with the youth those days as Md Rafi and Mukesh. These great singers led a simple, uncomplicated life in pursuit of pure music. That's why they are irreplaceable.

Rewind myself to the days I never used to miss Binaca Geet Mala every Wednesday 8 pm to 9 Pm . Gone are those happy days never to come back again. Hemant Da is a legend will always live with us every moment.

The moment I listen to him I feel a different world - another dimension. Its not the grammar...its the "pure sole" of the songs. When a good human being performs it gives you a feeling of purification because his/her human virtues blend in the creations.
