Amelogenesis is the process of enamel formation, which starts with deposition of enamel matrix by ameloblasts, followed by mineralization of the matrix.

Thank you for this wonderful video. But there's one thing I can't wrap my head around: why is 1 enamel rod formed by 4 ameloblast? I'm really desperate for an answer
