In this early phase of the Age of Aquarius, many, many guides are coming forward. Because of that, it's very important to tune into your discernment. Who is in integrity? Who is congruent with their own teachings? Without fail, I see Matt and my visceral response is, "This guy is the real thing." I watched this episode and saw light all around Matt. A week before my dad died he told me that my true purpose is music and writing, and he was very serious when I laughed. Then he came to me in dreams after he died, and I have been following this path ever since, and am singing with a keyboardist now. We booked our first gig! I look back and I can trace how this happened, each person I met and friends I made who a pointed me to this path. It did not happen by mere coincidence.

It may seem crazy. But I believe that my cat Monkey had a spiritual awakening a year before he passed. In what seemed like an overnight change, he went from being skittish and hiding and afraid of everyone but me, to always being a part of everything and loving on everyone who came into my house. He died a year later, when he was 16. I'm not kidding; he made a 360 change. I joked and told all my perplexed family that he had a spiritual awakening, but I really believe he did!

I love this man. He the one who’s given me the most comfort after losing our fur baby. I would love to know if our Ollie sent this beautiful calico cat to us. She kept on coming to our back yard. We have never had cats come to our yard . We took her in because it was the dead of winter. Little did we know😂she was pregnant . To our surprise she delivered 4 little kittens.

Ever since my 2 dogs passed away last month, my intuition and my psychic abilities have increased more than I could ever imagine. I felt like I was amplified. I am still grieving over them but, I don’t cry daily like I was the first 2 weeks after they passed. Trauma can also give us that kick in the butt to release our true potential to use it not waste it. It’s like a portal for this ability to push us forward into a level up.

My ex husband done suicide. And after knowing he was around me within a few days I got a medium in. She told me and our children things that only we knew from him. One thing he did say was how sorry he was for what he did and he didn’t realise the pain he would cause us. I think we need to change the wording when we lose someone. Dearh seems so permanent. I refer to someone passing as transitioning. Energy never dies. Energy transitionsto the next phase of our journey. Sort of like graduating high school and we transition to college. We are all mediums. I'm accurate medium but don't use gift, it's getting more clear by the day , can't believe my brother passed away suddenly last week, I said exactly what Matt said he has regrets my brother but it's OK, they choose these regrets it's all contracted before they come in 😂😂❤❤. They are not with us always. They are busy the other side..also we have to let them move on higher. If we hold anger resentment unforgivness this holds them back. If you grieve day and night this holds them back..they want us to live the best version self..think good memories we had with them. Hold only love light, this helps them to move on higher. So ineffect we have to let them go..move on. You will meet again if you choose to meet each other ❤❤

My understanding is also during your review you see and feel what you said or did to someone else. Ie if you actually said something that hurt someone deeply you will feel their pain caused by you.

Having a life review while alive is the best way to go. What good does it go to do it after you transition? So we don’t get what we needed to get done or innerstand, and come back and do it again? And my conclusion on this is, that this is the last incarnation, so to speak, and that we are ascending, for the first time in the multiverse history, in our bodies! And as a child, I always said, I’m going to live 1,000+ years. We are turning into a crystalline base body, and as we keep ascending, a light body. Energy never dies, it just changes form! I do so love these talks! ❤💕😊
