I'm an Economist and worked 25 years ago in some Banks in my country, I earned much money, but I was very bad and I wasn't happy. I became a yoga's teacher, I had pos-graduate. Now a days I minister yoga's class to Bankers and Business Men. I'm extremely happy. Excellent content. Congrats! Namastê.

Yoga is not just a handful of stretching movements...it is born out of spiritualism ans purity ...which can be only achieved when it is taught by someone who has practiced it for years in its own birthplace. ....to instill that kind of positivity in other people

not knocking yoga, but I personally never got into it. everytime I would go into any type of inverted position, I would get a MASSIVE migraine that can last for hours. It also made me naseous

I recommend you to read about yoga and it's asanas first there are limitations for doing certain asanas for certain people you should try out other asanas which can help cure your migraine there are plenty of them
