Good review, and I like the music you chose. I recently flew round-trip from Heathrow to Philadelphia on Business Class. Outbound was on AA, return was on BA. AA was noticeably better in terms of the seat, food, drink, and service. I used to think poorly of AA, but several recent transatlantic trips on them have been impressive. Also, I booked my flights eight months in advance. I checked the price eight days before the flight, and the price was four times as much!

Hey Thank you, I know. Before I flew with AA I heard horror stories of both AA and BA. To be honest, next month is the first time I'm flying long haul business with BA, so it would be good to see the difference. I know for fact I can't comment on the seats, as the plane I'm going on isnt fitted with BA new club suite!

I personally think that the only thing that people care about would be the lounge services, then the foot space a person has while stretching out in there designated seat on the plane and a GOOD look at the privacy a person gets when buying an business class seat.

I agree, so many of us these day we look for relaxing space before & during we travel. I think this may be one of the reason why a lot of airline are opting to get rid of first class, and offer more premium economy. Although the lounge access maybe in question, but with credit cards and banks offering lounge access, it wouldn't matter.

AA Business class is definitely the way to fly from the US to London to ensure you are well rested when you land. I have flown the 777-300ER, 200 and the 787/9 to London and Spain from DFW. Flying Business class is worth the extra money you need to put away to have a more pleasant flight/trip.

I do agree, AA business class is somewhat desirable, but now that BA are retro fitting their fleet with their new club suite, you may want to give BA a try.

American & BA definitely need to upgrade their inflight service. Once they serve the first meal they never check on you unless you call them. I’m Middle East airline, they check on you every few hours to see if you need anything. It feels like full luxury flight

I agree but it’s kinda hit and miss.. I’ve found BA crew so much more attentive when I’ve flown business within Europe, they do look after you. But compare to Middle Eastern airlines they do need to improve their customer services, if you paying upwards of £3000 for a ticket you do expect premium service!

Hey man, this video is incredibly useful, but you should really put a bit more life into your voice. It sounds very much like you're reading from a script and since it's where the viewer is getting most of their information about such a trip, it's really important to give it voiceover more life. Other than that, it was a really useful and informative video that helped me figure out if the upgrade to business on my next flight would be worth it!

While the cabin crew were generally professional, service quality varied. Some crew members are extremely attentive, while others appear disengaged. More attentiveness from the cabin crew will drastically improve AA business experience. You expect a level of service for premium experience you pay for, a return business class ticket can set you back a couple of grand, if not more depending on the time of year. I would say it’s a Russian roulette! Luckily the crew serving my side of the aisle was extremely attentive. While it was a mixed bag where my wife was.

American Airlines couldn’t possibly use any cheaper materials to fabricate their First and Business Class seating. Why not save a few more pennies and give each First and Business Class passenger a cardboard box and cut out holes to see outside. Also their serving crew are homely and fat. The service reflect the current state of the U.S.: run down and bankrupt and obese. The other countries’ airlines create high class seating utilizing polished wood and solid materials. And their flight crews are physically healthier and wear smart and appealing wardrobe.
