I read about a man in his 50s that started investing in stocks and real estate, then retired in 2years with over $6million, that right there is my utmost goal and I'd really appreciate clues and tips on how to reach this goal within 5years

@Dr Benny 1. Limit your spending/cut off retail therapy 2.Put the extra cash towards investing in high yielding or steady investment. 3. Get a financial coach/mentor to guide through your investing goal. These might look simple but they require good amount of willpower, but through mentorship, I've been able to consistently grow my portfolio to $800K and I'm looking forward to retiring at 50 as well and I only wish I started up early. Hopefully they have a very very large stack of cash somewhere because just the horse is a HUGE HUGE expense and the responsibility and commitment just for the horse is a alot..I would love to see a one year or 2 yr follow up story with this situation 😅

Almost necessary out there to be able to go south for the winter(or most of it , lasts 6 + months) and then you have to have caretakers to keep that property maintained while you're gone ..its alot of work to say the least

Homes cost alot of money. Hopefully they return SOME of your money at sale, but as an investment, a house is a poor investment. Live within your means and let others invest your money for the future. Taxes on huge homes, insurance, heating and cooling, maintenance, remodel more fancy furniture to show off. Lmao. Oh the horses, lol. Until you get the vet bills and clean up the crap.

Something about the beauty of being in the middle of nowhere but it also comes with it's dangers like if you heard something outside in the night you would go and check but if you live out there you hear something outside all of a sudden your survival Instinct starts racing anything could happen without a sinner for miles, it's not for me to be honest.

This place better stay RED ..so many newcomers from blue states ..they need to understand WHY they want to be HERE and not where they are coming from ..its getting so busy here and zero housing options available..locals having to leave finding themselves homeless with all this new growth .
